The payer needs to provide the full name of the person who picks up the dog, a contact number, the delivery address of the dog, and the remittance amount.

「接狗本人」需攜身份證件於機場或指定關口接狗狗 (香港地區以及有辦理專人送到府上服務的家長們則無需到指定地點接送)
 "Pick up the dog by yourself" needs to bring your ID card or passport to pick up the dog at the airport or a designated gate (parents in Hong Kong and those who have a personal delivery service do not need to pick up the dog at the designated location)
